This page explains how users of the SalesLite App by Precode Limited can delete their account and associated data.
1. How To Request Deletion
If you’d like to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, please send an email to delete@saleslite.com using the subject line “Delete My Account.”
We will confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion process within 30 days.
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
- User account information (email, username, preferences)
- Any personal or activity data stored in our databases
- Linked session tokens or API keys
3. What Data May Be Retained (And Why)
We may retain limited, non-identifiable records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Transaction records for accounting (retained up to 6 years)
- Anonymised analytics data (non-personal, retained indefinitely)
