Terms of Service

Welcome to SalesLite. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SalesLite mobile application and web services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance Of Terms
By creating an account or using SalesLite, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description Of Service
SalesLite is a sales management platform that helps businesses:
- Track contacts and leads
- Manage sales activities
- Record voice notes and convert them to text
- Organize business information
- Access sales analytics and reporting
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SalesLite. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Account Information
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
SalesLite offers auto-renewable subscription plans through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:
4.1 Subscription Options
- Monthly Plan: Automatically renews every month
- Annual Plan: Automatically renews every year
4.2 Free Trial
New users may receive a free trial period. When the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
4.3 Payment And Renewal
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- The cost of renewal will be the same as your initial subscription price unless we notify you of a price change
4.4 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
4.5 Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access until the end of the billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused portions of the subscription period
4.6 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will apply to new subscriptions and renewals after the change. We will notify you of price changes in advance.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Apple App Store And Google Play Store
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google according to their refund policies:
5.2 Web Subscriptions (Stripe)
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Contact support@saleslite.com to request a refund
- Refunds are granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
SalesLite and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by SalesLite and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Rights
You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to SalesLite (contacts, notes, business information). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
7.3 License To Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SalesLite for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.
8. Data And Privacy
8.1 Your Data
You own all data you input into SalesLite. We will not sell your data to third parties.
8.2 Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8.3 Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time:
- In-app: Settings → Delete Account
- Email: support@saleslite.com
We will delete your data within 30 days, except for data we must retain for legal or regulatory purposes.
9. Service Availability
9.1 No Guarantee Of Uptime
While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that SalesLite will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
9.2 Changes To Service
- Modify or discontinue any feature of the Service
- Change pricing for subscriptions (with advance notice)
- Update these Terms (we will notify you of material changes)
10. Third-Party Services
SalesLite integrates with third-party services (Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe, RevenueCat, PostHog). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Disclaimer Of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
12. Limitation Of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SALESLITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct or content on the Service
- Any other matter relating to the Service
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SalesLite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your content or data uploaded to the Service
14. Termination
14.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Using the "Delete Account" option in Settings
- Emailing support@saleslite.com
14.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 months
- We are required to do so by law
14.3 Effect Of Termination
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- Your subscription will be cancelled (no refunds for unused portions)
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@saleslite.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
16.2 Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with [Arbitration Association] rules, rather than in court.
16.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

- Displaying a notice in the app
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SalesLite regarding the Service.
